After placing your order with us, you will receive a kit to send us a small portion of the loved ones cremains. Handling ashes is a huge responsibility.
- This kit will contain a sterile jar labeled with a unique identifier that matches our invoice number.
- A small scoop so you can fill the jar with the cremains.
- An envelope to provide the order and cremains to create your personal tribute

Any canceled orders will be refunded prior to us beginning work on the memorial. All shipping and handling costs incurred by Glass Remembrance will not be refunded.
Once we receive your kit we process each order. Only one piece of glass is created at a time and the facility is cleaned thoroughly between orders.
After 5-6 weeks your order will be shipped and any unused cremains will be returned.
